Patient Information
Welcome to Lake Shore Dental – We're Glad You're Here!
From the moment you call or walk through our doors, our caring front desk team is here to help you feel right at home. Whether you’re scheduling your very first visit or have been with us for years, we’re committed to making your experience comfortable, smooth, and stress-free.
How to Schedule an Appointment
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
When you reserve time on our schedule, that time is set aside just for you. Missed or last-minute canceled appointments disrupt care—not only for you, but for other patients who may be waiting to be seen. We kindly ask all patients to make every effort to keep their scheduled appointments. If you absolutely must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask for at least 2 business days’ notice so we can offer that time to someone else in need of urgent care. Maintaining our schedule helps us deliver the best care to every patient—your cooperation is truly appreciated.
Your First Visit to Lake Shore Dental
If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, then we may recommend a problem-focused exam to address the specific issue as soon as possible with the doctor. If you’re looking to get established with us for general or cosmetic dentistry services, then your first visit will include:
- Comprehensive exam evaluating each tooth and surrounding gum tissue
- Full series x-rays to evaluate the health of all areas not visible above and below the gum line
- Diagnosis and discussion with the dentist for treatment planning, if any found, and cosmetic dentistry procedure planning, if any desired
- Regular healthy mouth teeth cleaning may be possible on the same day as your exam and x-rays
